Private yoga sessions offer a warm, personalised space to explore a practice that truly supports you, in the comfort of your own home. Before we begin, we’ll have a complimentary 20-minute call to talk through your goals, needs, and what you’d like to gain from our time together. Sessions can focus on physical aims such as building strength and mobility, and may also include meditation and breathwork (pranayama) to help you slow down, relax, and gently settle the nervous system. I can also support you in creating a simple, sustainable home practice that fits naturally into your daily life.
Small group
Private small-group yoga sessions offer a warm, personalised space to practise with the people you feel most comfortable with, in the comfort of your own home. Before we begin, we’ll have a complimentary 20-minute call to talk through your group’s goals, needs, and what you’d each like to gain from our time together.
Sessions can focus on physical aims such as building strength and mobility, and may also include meditation and breathwork (pranayama) to help you slow down, relax, and gently settle the nervous system. It can be a lovely way to practise with friends, family, or colleagues, while sharing a supportive and meaningful experience together.
